Configurable workflow
The Subscriptions app supports the configuration of customizable and automated subscription activation flows. Configure subscription activation progression; user roles involved in activation processing; notification options for sending emails and SMS; tasks completion and condition rules; and much more.
Subscription Types
Configure multiple subscription types that provide different subscription handling options. This includes specifying subscription recurrence (weekly, monthly, etc.); invoice generating options; prepaid or post-paid subscriptions; first and last payment options; subscription payment terms; and auto payment requirements. The Subscriptions app handles both periodic product fulfillment/refills and regular services.
Subscription Management
Manage subscription options including: address and price update; changes to subscription type; relocate products; change or modify product or product configuration.
Interactions
Create, view and keep track of all interactions with your customers, such as comments and emails, in one location. This feature allows interaction details to be accessed by relevant people in your company. Easy-to-use templates for standard communication responses to customers are readily available from the intuitive interactions screen.
Notes
Create and view notes for each customer, with relevant documents/attachments, centralizing customer information and making it easier to share across your organization. For each note, you can restrict access to selected users and specify whether the customer can see it.
Notifications
Automatically send emails to customers and internal users, updating them on subscription progress. Notifications can be manually resent as needed. Easily customize notification templates to suit your company’s needs.
To-Dos
Create and manage context-aware to-dos and set reminders that automatically navigate to the Subscription when a user is reminded of an Subscription task. This feature allows users to save time and stay organized.
Tasks
Manage subscription activation with automated or manual task assignment. Track subscription progress for all completed and active tasks.
Search/Filter
Quickly search and find required subscriptions. Use powerful filtering to quickly narrow down required information. Easily sort the listed subscriptions by different dates and descriptions. Save your favorite searches for quick access in the future.
Analytics
Make informed decisions with continually up-to-date subscription analytics. The subscription app provides out-of-the-box statistics according to subscription type; activation; cancellations; expiring subscriptions; and more.
