The RMA app supports the configuration of customizable and automated refund/return resolution flows. Configure RMA progression; user roles involved in RMA processing; notification options for sending emails and SMS; task completion and condition rules; and much more.
Refund/Return
Process full or partial refunds for any completed orders. Specify how to refund shipping charges. Apply any applicable restocking fee. Specify whether to allow store credit only or cashable refunds. Product warranty and policy information are applied automatically during RMA processing.
Exchange
Process full or partial exchanges for any completed orders. Specify how to apply shipping charges. Apply any applicable restocking fee. Product warranty and policy information are applied automatically during RMA processing.
Warranty & Return Policy
The RMA app extracts and processes warranty and return policies for included products/services. It indicates out of warranty products/services; refund/exchange conflicts; refundability of shipping charges; and restocking fee amounts. CSR has the authority to override any of the suggested charges and refunds.
Receive
Quickly process and track returned products with the Receive feature under the RMA app. Identify return condition, update and adjust inventory, while easily maintaining stock records.
Notifications
Automatically send emails to customers and internal users, updating them on RMA progress. Notifications can be manually resent as needed. Easily customize notification templates to suit your company’s needs.
To Do’s
Create and manage context-aware to-dos and set reminders that automatically navigate to the RMA when a user is reminded of an RMA task. This feature allows users to save time and stay organized.
Tasks
Manage RMA resolution with automated or manual task assignment. Track RMA progress for all completed and active tasks.
Search/Filter
Quickly search and find required RMAs. Use powerful filtering to quickly narrow down required information. Easily sort the listed RMAs by different dates; RMA types; and processing status. Save your favorite searches for quick access in the future.
Analytics
Make informed decisions with continually up-to-date RMA analytics. The RMA app provides out-of-the-box statistics according to RMA type; order source; order type; product/service type; and more.
Export
Effortlessly export RMA information including RMA ID, order number; RMA action; created and processed dates. Save as a zip folder on any device and extract files as needed.
