Registration is first process for employment, In this phase applicant fill-up their form accordingly and also attached with bank deposit slip.
2 - Profile Review
Every applicant profile is properly reviewed by the KaamPay team. We evaluate each profile to determine whether it meets our unique set of quality standards. If we find the applicant profile is perfect for KaamPay, we’ll approve their profile and forward to to next process.
3 - Scrutiny & Short Listing
The purpose of short-listing is to identify those candidates who best meet the selection criteria for the post; who are most likely to be capable of carrying out the duties of the job.
4 - Aptitude / Skill Test
Aptitude tests assess a person’s core capability of common skills, such as numerical, verbal and diagrammatic reasoning. We perform a very effective mechanism for selecting candidates so have become increasingly involved in our recruitment process.
5 - Training & Certification
The Training & Certification process in KaamPay program utilizes a blended approach to learning, providing the right amount of self-paced prework combined with applied experiences, to enable a lasting and impactful transformation of the business practices associated with managing learning and development.
